Learn more about Lake Iseo

Lake Iseo, or Lago d'Iseo, is the fourth largest lake in Lombardy, located at the mouth of the river Oglio. Around the lake there are several medieval towns, of which Iseo and Sarnico are the largest. You will find various shops, cafes, restaurants and several campsites along the lake shore. The wine region of Franciacorta is just a few minutes from the lake and produces some of the world's finest sparkling wines. In the middle of the lake is Monte Isola, easily reached by one of the regular ferries.
