Just under 10 kilometers from Lou Pignada you will find Bayonne, in the heart of the Basque Country. You will immediately notice that you are in an area where Basque culture and traditions are of great importance to the population. The many festivals and celebrations, as well as the unique architectural touches, cuisine and customs leave a deep impression on visitors. In the region, a day trip to the Aspe or Ossau valleys is an absolute must. If you are lucky, you will see wild ponies, marmots, vultures or even bears.

Swimming and sports at Lou Pignada 

The swimming complex at Lou Pignada is heated during the summer months and consists of several pools for big and small. For the very young there is a paddling pool available and for a relaxing dip you can go to the jacuzzi. Sports enthusiasts do not rely solely on the pool, however. The multi-sports field, table tennis table and of course the traditional boules court are at your disposal.

Fun for the whole family at Lou Pignada 

Camping guests aged 6 to 12 will have a great time at Lou Pignada thanks to the professional care of the children's entertainment team. With days filled with games and creative pursuits, your little vacationers won't be bored for a moment. Guests of any age can report to the sports fields every afternoon to join the other guests in a game of soccer, volleyball or another sport.

Restaurants and bars of Lou Pignada 

Le Beach Stop is the bar-restaurant of Lou Pignada. You will find on the menu not only international dishes such as French fries, grilled meat or pizza, but also some traditional Brazilian dishes. Regularly during your meal, you can enjoy musicians or dancers who further emphasize the Brazilian atmospheres. Do you prefer to eat fast and easy? The snack bar sells pizza, hot sandwiches, grilled chicken and more to munch on on the terrace or in your mobile home.

For your shopping at Lou Pignada, you don't have to leave the campground. You will find fresh bread, pastries, fruits and vegetables every day at the camp store, where you will also find dairy products, cold cuts and other food products. You can also get your newspapers and magazines here.
